Vietnamese actress La Thanh Huyen, the holder of “21st Woman” title in Vietnam, received heavy criticisms from many Vietnamese last time, because she wore a Chinese traditional gown, cheongsam (旗袍), at an International meeting, when Vietnam and China were in dispute over the China South Sea. She was called to make apologies to Vietnamese people and return the title, because her act was thought reckless, brainless, and a harm to their national spirit.
